Scrolling LED Belt Buckle

Hi, I am from West Virginia and the first time I saw one of these things I was in Charleston (The Capitol of WV) ..there was a very buff black man standing at the unavoidable flashing display... and I thought "Well then this MUST be cool!" I floated over to it like a fly to a bug zapper! The thought of displaying my very own ideas on my lower reigon tikled me! I didnt have the money at the time but I definatly pla on buying one of these! The way I see it they are probably about as good as a pair of crotchless panties (not realy serving thier purpose but BOY arent they fun?!) ~Belt Buckless in WV~
